Refund Policy
Membership fees at RishtaNata are processed to provide immediate access to our exclusive database and curation tools. Once the payment is confirmed and your account is activated, the following policy applies:
Critical Notice
All premium membership payments are strictly Non-Refundable once service activation is complete.
- ✦No partial refunds for unused membership durations.
- ✦Fees are non-transferable between accounts.
- ✦Promotional or discounted memberships have the same no-refund policy.
Cancellation
You may choose to discontinue your membership at any moment through your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing but does not trigger a refund.
Navigate to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Membership.
Auto-renewal stops immediately. Access continues until your current billing cycle ends.
Duplicate Payments
Report
Notify our support team within 24 hours of the duplicate transaction with your transaction ID.
Verification
Our financial team validates the payment logs within 48 business hours.
Resolution
Refund initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Dispute Resolution
Any disagreements regarding payments or service delivery will be addressed through our formal arbitration process before external escalation. We are committed to a fair resolution.
